Welcome! Simply put, Yoga Dear Mama is a space to gather, connect, get curious, heal, and grow.

Here, you'll find classes + resources to support you where you’re at - preconception, during all trimesters, and healing postpartum. Yoga Dear Mama helps mothers feel:

  • Emotionally & physically supported during pregnancy and during the postpartum period

  • Knowledgeable about their fertility & childbirth options

  • Strong in their bodies, minds, and hearts

  • Connected to themselves, a larger community, and their growing babies

I can’t speak highly enough of Yoga Dear & Leanne’s prenatal series! Prior to being pregnant, I had only attended a handful of yoga classes. When I was at the tail end of my 1st trimester, I realized that many of my typical forms of exercise were going to get harder as pregnancy progressed.

Through Leanne’s expertise and guidance, I not only was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy (I attended a yoga class just 2 days before delivering), but I also got stronger and more confident. The prenatal classes taught me how to safely move and strengthen muscles during pregnancy, introduced me to other expecting mothers and gave me tools (breathing exercises, movements, etc.) to help with labor.

Yoga Dear Mama offers a carefully crafted collection of yoga and meditation online classes to support you during pregnancy, postpartum, and preconception.

Here, you’ll find classes for all levels and each trimester, practices to support your fertility, and sessions that encourage proper healing postpartum. We believe that knowledge is everything. So many women are unaware of their options during their fertility journeys, pregnancies, and postpartum experiences. Yoga Dear Mama seeks to change that.

Every week, I share encouraging, informative, and down to earth letters, each with a healthy dose of humor and honesty. It’s the kind of thing I wanted to read during pregnancy and later postpartum. We’ll talk about childbirth, your changing body during pregnancy, tips for getting better rest, breathing techniques to mitigate stress, and so much more.

Private Yoga

Private Yoga is the perfect fusion of movement, conversation, and rest to help you feel your very best. Leanne will work with you during your pregnancy, postpartum period, or to restore fertility in a way that supports your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, you’ll develop plans to help you feel better in your physical body and mind. Leanne’s goal is to support you in a session AND give you the tools you need on your own.

In private yoga sessions, you’ll discuss how your body is feeling, go over any emotional stressors, learn breathing techniques and yoga postures that are right for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and develop your own home yoga practice.

Gatherings, Workshops & Classes

Yoga Dear Mama celebrates community, curiosity, and growth. Please subscribe to our newsletter to learn of forthcoming gatherings - one day retreats and workshops - as well as Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga in person classes. I remember lying at the end of practice, tears welling in my eyes. I felt so tenderly cared for during a time of much change and upheaval in my life. The physical practice left me feeling strong and energized, yet relaxed and my body soothed. The guided meditation on our upcoming births allowed me to slow down and be introspective. It was as if a weight had been lifted that I didn’t know I was carrying.
