One of my favorite times of day has always been the morning…and now even more so. Actually, since Bodhi started sleeping more regularly through the night, I get up earlier than I did pre-baby usually around 5:15/5:30 a.m. to meditate, breathe, journal, and…THINK.
Yes, I get up early to think. Does that sound nuts?? But, seriously, during the day I barely have time to pause to think about WHY I’m doing the things that I’m doing or where I’m going (figuratively, not necessarily literally). Between packing the snacks/lunches, focusing on my work to do’s, zipping to daycare, making dinner, and teaching, I feel like I rarely get that time to just think during the daytime. And, it’s important because my life (and yours) changes as you grow and certainly as your family grows, too.
And, all this leads me to you today. I had plans for Yoga Dear Mama before we moved. I think those plans are shifting now…I think. But, I welcome YOUR help.
Would you take just FIVE minutes to answer the following Q’s? I’ll enter you to win a Starbucks coffee or tea on me for your time [please respond within the next week]. And, what mama doesn’t appreciate a HOT coffee or tea. I only wish I could share it with you! ;)
Why do you read the Yoga Dear Mama letters? What’s a benefit your receive from them?
Regarding pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and/or fertility, what do you want to learn more about that you haven’t been able to find anywhere else?
How do you want to learn (i.e. letters, in person classes, blog posts, podcasts, videos, courses)?
Do you practice yoga? How would you describe your yoga practice or routine?
I cannot wait to read your responses. Send me an email at Leanne@yogadear.com or post in the comments below, and I’ll get your response. I promise to send a personal thank you. It means so much to have you on this journey with me, learning and studying together. I’m curious if my morning thoughts and your needs align.
With so much love,
