Private Retreat Itinerary

Excited. Delighted. Giddy. All of these things describe my emotions when I look ahead to the retreat we have planned for you this April. I can just picture a whole weekend filled with curiosity, happy & friendly yogis coming to and fro, deep exploration of yoga, great conversation, delicious food, a lively night-time bonfire. It's going to be superb.

So, here's the itinerary for our weekend to give you more of a sense of what we're going to be up to. This weekend is for your to discover or reengage with your "true north." All of our journeys are unique, all have their own twists and turns, but we each of paths that are true to our core. Let's dig into that together.

  • 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Chai Tea & Cookie Welcome, Registration (You can arrive between these hours)
  • 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Dinner 
  • 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. - Horizon Room for Welcome Workshop
    • Grounding asanas and meditation to center 
    • Group mingle
    • Guided reflection & journaling on the concepts of "true north" 
    • Yoga Nidra relaxation to close out our night

  • 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. - Vinyasa Yoga Practice
  • 10:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Physical & Energetic Body Workshop
    • Explore truth within the body - alignment conversation and pose breakdown
    • Conversation on the chakras - what areas feel in alignment to you, which areas feel out of balance, how to use poses to bring back balance
    • Develop a plan for practice at home
  • 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Lunch
  • 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. - Truth in Mindset Workshop
    • Post lunch 15 meditation
    • Learn how to meditate, why, and different techniques that work for you
    • Learn pranayama (breathwork) techniques and how to use them
    • Journal & create morning routine to guide your day and create space for truth
  • 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. - Vinyasa Yoga Practice
    • Personal journal prompts given for self reflection homework
  • 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Dinner
  • 8:00 p.m. - Bonfire!
