There are so many books, essential oils and yoga goodies that we get questions on all the time. So, we thought we'd share a few with you! In the coming months, look to the studio blog for more info and current insights. 


Young Living Essential Oils

Leanne's always diffusing something in the studio. Her go-to's of the moment are Purification, R.C. (a lovely respiratory blend), Lavender, and Frankincense. Put a drop or two of lemon oil in your water before class or some peppermint in tea. If you're interested in essential oils and getting started, the YL Starter Kit is a great way to go.

The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele

A frequent class reference. In fact, Leanne encourages yogis during private sessions to read passages from the book and reflect. It's that powerful. A truly transformative read that will stay with you long after you're done learning each yama & niyama. Ours is dog-eared, has spilled coffee on it, & bookmarks and notes all over the place. Truly, one of Leanne's most cherished books.


The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Sri Swami Satchidananda

This book can be a little intimidating. But, y'all. The good stuff is all here. If you're really into this practice of yoga, if you really want to understand what it's about (hint: so much more than headstands), then snap this up and read it little by little. It's a good one to turn to now and again. 


Manduka Mats & Yoga Props

We love love love Manduka. If you've practiced at the studio, then you know. We have Manduka ProLite mats to use in class. We also use Manduka bolsters (yogi pillows), blocks, and straps to help guide us deeper into poses or support the body throughout a practice.
